UPS does charge us an Additional Handling Fee of $6.00 for each roll.  ALSO, the 10x200 and 20x100 rolls are OVERSIZE and thus, we have to add about $5 more into the price of these rolls before the Shopping Cart determines Shipping! 

This price has been built into the In Stock Prices.   So yes, if you call, you will be quoted a different price and will then pay higher shipping than $7.95-$11.00.  I apologize for this confusion!  Feel free to email us before calling if you are worried.
