The Irrometer Service Unit is necessary for proper installation and maintenance of the instrument
and should be included on initial orders. One unit will service all of your IRROMETERS.
The Service Unit is used for periodic evacuation of air from instrument to insure maximum sensitivity and accuracy. The Test Pump serves the dual purpose of removing air and testing the gauge in one operation.
Irrometer's Service Unit no. 1001 includes the following:
- 1 hand vacuum pump
- 1 bottle IRROMETER fluid
- 25 monthly chart forms
- 1 reference book ( available in Spanish on request)
The Hand Vacuum Pump is used for periodic evacution of air from instrument to insure maximum sensitvity and accuracy.
Test Pump Service Unit (1002) includes:
- 1 hand vacuum pump, complete with test guage
- 1 bottle IRROMETR fluid
- 25 monthly chart forms
- 1 reference book ( available in Spanish on request )
The Test Pump serves the dual purpose of removing air and testing the guage in one operation. Any malfunction of guage due to accidental damage may be quickly detected.
