Materials are subject to replacement, repair, or credit at the discretion of the seller. The purchaser agrees that the limit of liability of Berry Hill Irrigation, Inc. for all claims for loss or damage due to any cause shall not exceed the invoice price of the product in question. In no event shall Berry Hill Irrigation be liable for contingent, incidental, or consequential damages.
RETURNED GOODS: When you need to return products please follow these guidelines to ensure that all return requests remain reasonable and fair and are handled promptly.
- Prior approval is required for all returns from our returns clerk or your salesperson.
- Defective material may be returned for replacement, credit, or repair upon approval from our returns clerk or your salesperson.
- All returned product must be in new and saleable condition and in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
- All authorized returns must be accompanied by Berry Hill Irrigations invoice or packing list.
- Any return after 30 days of the date of purchase will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- There will be no returns after 5 days of the delivery of purchase on electrical products.
Occasionally, prices even fall. We make every attempt to keep fair and accurate prices. If you are purchasing large quantities of irrigation, feel free to request a Free Quote.
SHIPPING: Shipping outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. States may need adjusting after we receive your Order. We will notify you of any changes before shipping. Please check your email after sending in an order.
We cannot be held responsible for any Shipping Errors caused by the Shopping Cart. We will notify you immediately of anything figured incorrectly.
