REDUCING BARBED x MALE IPT PIPE / HOSE (Outside Pipe Threads)
The 1436 Reducing Insert Male Adapter is a Gray PVC fitting used to connect tubing to pipe. This fitting has a barbed insert that reduces down to a smaller size on one end. The other end has Male NPT to connect to a pipe and join your flexible polyethylene tubing.
HOW TO USE
For a tight fit, you must place the clamp over the barbs on an insert fitting. In particular, if you place on the smooth area, you may get leaks.
