Q:   WHEN SHOULD YOU CHANGE YOUR BLADE ?      A:   When the user feels they are putting more pressure on the machine to get the blade to cut efficiently; then it's probably a good time to change it. 

(Caution: Use the Max Blade for proper tape cutting and for your safety.)
